Time for a New Adventure 

We invite our hotel guests to join us for our complimentary breakfast, while en`joying the spectacular 180° views from our alfresco dining terrace! Home-cooked lunches and dinners are also offered at reasonable prices and served a la Carte. These hearty and flavorful, family-style meals are provided for the comfort and convenience of our hotel guests, while they are on our property. Using only the freshest, locally grown ingredients, each daily meal will be a different delicious Nicaraguan specialty!

*Breakfast (complimentary) is served from 7:30 until 9:00 AM; Lunch (not included in rate) is served at 12:00 noon; Dinner (not included in rate) is served promptly at 7:00 PM. All meals are served on our Hacienda’s alfresco dining terrace.

Please note that our meals cannot be provided outside of the mealtimes specified above and cannot be served anywhere other than on our Hacienda’s dining terrace. We do not provide food or beverages for guests while they are away from our Hacienda. Please note that for food safety, our staff is not allowed to package “To-Go” or boxed lunches for guests to take away from the Hacienda.

Beer, soda and individual water bottles are also available for purchase from the mini-bar located inside each private casita.

Please take note that outside alcohol may not be brought into our Hacienda.
