In our effort to provide a fully accessible and optimized experience for all visitors, Hacienda Puerta Del Cielo Ecolodge  has taken careful measures to support an enhanced user experience — whether a visitor is using a screen reader, magnifier, or other assistive technology to browse the site.

This website is monitored and tested by AudioEye, a third-party provider of web accessibility testing and monitoring. Results of automated testing are reported through the AudioEye platform. Where AudioEye is engaged for expert review, remediation, and user testing by people with disabilities, AudioEye either remediates discovered issues directly or provides a Source Feedback Report (SFR) for the site owner to remediate. AudioEye continually improves and refines its solutions over time.

The "Trusted by AudioEye" badge represents a commitment to accessibility and digital inclusion. The certification process involves automated and, where applicable, expert review, remediation, and user testing to increase conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

Our Commitment to Inclusion

Hacienda Puerta del Cielo is committed to creating a welcoming, safe, and comfortable stay for every guest. We continually work to support accessibility across our hillside retreat, with special attention to the Family Suite and shared guest areas.

Our grounds feature accessible parking, wheelchair access in common areas, and a ground-floor Family Suite designed with connecting rooms, step-free entry, and a covered terrace. The suite also includes private bathrooms, a living room, dining area, and in-room conveniences such as a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and smart TV to support an easier and more independent stay.

Because we are set in a natural hillside environment, some paths and outdoor spaces have uneven terrain. Our team is available to offer guidance, assistance, and orientation so guests can enjoy the property with confidence and comfort.

We also maintain CCTV in common areas, daily disinfection, and fire safety measures. Inclusive hospitality matters to us, and we welcome questions in advance so we can help match each guest with the most suitable room or experience.
