CATARINA VIEWPOINT AND POTTERY VILLAGE TOUR
Your tour begins in San Juan del Oriente, atย the rustic studio of a Master Potter, whose authentic and beautiful craftsmanship isย internationally recognized. ย Craftsmenย demonstrate how they continue the ancient traditions involved inย creating and decoratingย pottery in the same manner as their Meso-Americanย ancestors. Here, you will have a chance to buy handmade ceramics directly from the artists as a memento of your visit to Nicaragua!
Next, visit neighboring Catarina; a windswept and picturesqueย hilltop town, known for its colorful flower gardens & spectacular views. ย Greatย spot for photo ops or strolling through the smallย craft shops.
Tour Duration: 4 hours
Departs at:ย ย 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM.ย Lunch away.ย ย (Please note that the cost of food and drinks are not included in the price of any of our excursions).
Tour includes:ย Transportation from Hacienda Puerta del Cielo to the pottery village of S. J. Orienteย and then to the โMiradorโ of Catarina, as well as, entryย fees.
