Dear Guest,

Hacienda Puerta del Cielo in Nicaragua is an intimate four-star hotel located on the rim of an ancient caldera, with 180° views of the expansive Masaya Volcano National Park and Masaya Lagoon, both of which border our property. The active Masaya Volcano is within this national park, (centrally positioned at a 5km distance from our Hacienda), and is the ever-present backdrop to our magnificent setting. Each of our “private casitas” has its own private terrace with breathtaking views of the natural beauty that Nicaragua has to offer.

Our little piece of paradise was designed for adults to relax and unwind in the privacy and tranquility of our beautiful off-the-grid location. Our elevated, 65-acre, cliff-like property affords spectacular windswept vistas from every area of the hotel.
For the comfort and convenience of guests who choose to remain at our Hacienda throughout the day, guests are invited to enjoy three complimentary home-cooked meals, (which we serve at specified times on our dining terrace), free of charge! We do not operate a restaurant, but rather provide these three delicious family-style meals, as a courtesy for hotel guests only. Guests are invited to join us for breakfast from 7:30 to 9 AM; lunch at 12 noon; and dinner at 7 PM, on our alfresco dining terrace. Please contact us if you have any food allergies, as we can make accommodations for dietary restrictions, if we are notified well in advance. Coffee, tea and purified water are free-of-charge only during mealtimes. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at a reasonable cost, (please follow link to bar prices at the bottom of the menu page). Please note that outside alcohol may not be brought into the hotel. Additional Services: Massages, spa treatments, guided tours, activities, honeymoon packages and transportation to and from the airport (or Granada), are available to our hotel guests for an additional cost.
